SHORT DESCRIPTION

Bring the traditional flavors of Chinese restaurants into the home kitchen

Ingredients
  • 2 packs Sau Tao Egg Yi Mien
  • 8 sliced beef
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1/4 cabbage
  • 2 tsp. oyster oil
  • 1 tsp. dark soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. boiling water
  • leek sprouts to taste
  • bean sprouts to taste

Cooking Instructions

1. Cook Sau Tao Egg Yi Mien in boiling water for 3 minutes, set aside
2. Cut the leek sprouts, shred the cabbage, slice the red pepper
3. Heat oil in a pan and fry the sliced beef, red pepper, cabbage, bean sprouts, and leek sprouts for 1 minute
4. Add the noodle, oyster oil, dark soy sauce, and boiling water; keep frying till the noodles are colored
5. Turn off the heat, cover the pan for 3 minutes, wait for the sauce to thicken
